Our teams from Greece, Romania, Spain and Portugal came together in the Netherlands at our headquarters for an incredible few days of learning, networking and team building!
During this experience, we explored two benchmark fairs in the flower industry:
- IFTF 2025 – International Floriculture Trade Fair
- Trade Fair Aalsmeer
These events gave us the opportunity to discover the latest trends, innovations and connect with other industry professionals.
In addition, we visited two renowned flower farms:
– A cymbidium farm, where we learned about growing these gorgeous orchids.
– VIP Roses Farm, known for their high quality products and unique varieties of roses.
Thus, we were able to deepen our knowledge of the flower industry and better understand the processes behind growing and marketing flowers.
This experience has been a valuable opportunity to learn, inspire and strengthen our relationships as a team, thus preparing us for new challenges and opportunities in the world of flowers.
